Important Notice
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Boutique Chloe does not provide free returns.
CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
Yes, you may return your order within 30 days after receiving it, provided the following conditions are met:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging
- All accessories and included parts must be returned together with the item
- Products must not show signs of damage caused by misuse or improper handling
- Hygiene and personal-use products must be clean and suitable for return
- Damaged or defective items must be reported immediately upon delivery
Once your return arrives at our fulfilment centre, it will be inspected and processed within approximately 7 business days.
Please note that processing times may occasionally be delayed during periods of high demand or warehouse updates. However, all approved refunds will be issued within 14 days after confirmation of the return.
Boutique Chloe reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions listed above.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
To request a return, please email:
Include the following information in your request:
- Order number
- Reason for the return
- Photos of the item (if damaged or defective)
- Full name
- Shipping address
Once your request has been reviewed, we will provide the correct return address.
Please do not send returns to the sender’s address shown on the parcel, as returns are only accepted at our authorised return location.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping expenses.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Consumer Rights
Customers purchasing as private consumers have the right to request an order cancellation within 14 days of receiving their package.
Please note that our order fulfilment process is highly automated. Because of this, orders may begin processing shortly after they are placed.
If an order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. In that case, customers must wait for delivery and then follow the return procedure.

Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
REFUNDS
After receiving and approving the returned item, Boutique Chloe will issue a refund using the original payment method.
Refunds are processed within 14 days after the returned package has been received and inspected.
Original shipping costs and any applicable service fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

Boutique Chloe works with international fulfilment and shipping partners to provide delivery across Canada and other regions worldwide.
Delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs processing, and seasonal demand.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking details.
Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled, but may still qualify for return according to this policy.
We recommend keeping your tracking number and shipping confirmation email for future reference.
